Money World, formerly Kantor Wymiany Walut [Currency Exchange Office], entered the exchange market in May 1998. Its legal form has never been changed; it is still managed by its original founder.

The firm’s activity is highly praised by its regulatory agency – the National Bank of Poland. This is evidenced, among other things, by the certificate of merit awarded by NBP President Sławomir Skrzypek in appreciation of our contribution to research and development works, as well as other distinctions.

From the very start, our strategy was to focus on satisfaction of all kinds of our customers’ needs, and to adjust our model of operation to their requirements. Hence the innovativeness of our activities, the ever-extended range of services, as well as flexibility.  The services we offer at our branches are characterized by top quality and customer-oriented, which means that we aim at knowing the customer’s needs and at satisfying them to the greatest extent possible.

The chain of currency exchange offices under the Money World brand includes today over a dozen branches, e.g. at the Chopin Airport in Warsaw, and at the Warsaw railway stations. We work towards extending the chain: a new office will be opened at the MODO Shopping Centre, which is due to start soon in Warsaw.

We know that the firm’s value depends on its highly qualified staff, which is why we support continuous improvement of our team, not only in terms of purely professional qualifications. Ongoing training aims at reminding the staff that customer satisfaction is the firm’s supreme value.  Today, we are a team of over 30 highly qualified and mostly degree level educated persons who speak at least one foreign language.
